However, we want to ensure that you are  completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore, we’re happy to offer exchanges under the following terms:

Exchanges Made Easy

If you’re looking to swap your item for a different size of the same product, we’ve got you covered! You can request an exchange within seven (7) days from the date of  delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item(s) must have all original tags and labels still attached.
  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled.
  • The item(s) must be in their original packaging.

Once we receive your exchange request, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If everything checks out, we’ll process your exchange within 6-7 business days—quick and hassle-free!

Please take note:

  • No returns are allowed but we’ll gladly assist with exchanges following the conditions above.
  • Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defective item or a mistake on our part.
  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Once an order is processed, cancellations are not possible.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within  seven (7) days of delivery. We’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement or another solution that works for you.
